In response to RainingMetal, I think the mere fact that Megan tolerated out Chris-chan for as long as she did was pretty "charitiable" considering how he acts around young women in general.

She is kind of cute from pictures i've seen. I was pretty surprised to see Megan pop up in this, I didn't expect her at all. I get why she would be the Pink Pickle of Charity, but considering how she's drawn I just can't help but think he likes her some.

Well, if you guys read anything that the field agents have reported, you'd know that Megan is the type who flirts with guys to get free things (this was the only reason she tolerated Chris). So, charity in this case seems to refer to her desire for male "charity".
